About This Role

We are looking for a

Growth & Sales Intern

  • to join our growing UK team.
  • This is a paid, 6-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development Representative role upon successful completion and strong performance.

  • You’ll learn how to research prospects, generate demand, and support sales conversations for Google Cloud and Google Workspace solutions.

  • 3 full working days per week

  • at least 1 day per week
  • in our London office for collaboration and development.
  • What you’ll do
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts through research and account mapping
  • Assist in building multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Identify key stakeholders and help qualify interest and fit
  • Prepare introductory outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Support meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
  • Learn how to conduct basic discovery conversations
  • Work closely with senior sales to hand over interested prospects
  • Participate in weekly enablement sessions on cloud, sales, and messaging
  • Represent Kartaca professionally in conversations and occasional events/trade shows
  • You’ll thrive here if you have
  • Interest in B2B sales, technology, or cloud services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions, learn, and iterate
  • Ability to organise tasks, manage time, and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and building rapport
  • A self-starter mindset and desire to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to join us in our London office at least 1 day per week
