Role Overview

Pulr is building a next-generation

social commerce platform

where creators, brands, and users connect through content and transactions.

We are looking for a

Growth Product Owner

  • who can drive:
  • **Conversion**
  • **Monetization**
  • **User experience**
  • This is not a traditional Product Owner role.
  • You will be responsible for
  • turning user behavior into revenue
  • , optimizing the full funnel from
  • content → product → purchase
  • .

1. Product Growth & Revenue

  • Own and optimize the full conversion funnel:
  • Content → Click → Product View → Add to Cart → Purchase
  • Drive
  • GMV, conversion rate, and user retention
  • Identify and fix drop-offs across the user journey
  • Design and execute
  • growth experiments (A/B testing, pricing, UX improvements)

2. Marketplace Dynamics

  • Understand and balance the 3 sides of Pulr:
  • **Creators**
  • **Brands**
  • **Users**
  • Improve:
  • Creator monetization
  • Product discovery
  • Purchase behavior
  • Build features that increase
  • transaction volume and engagement

3. Product Ownership

  • Define and own the
  • product roadmap
  • Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories)
  • Prioritize features based on
  • business impact (not just delivery)
  • Work closely with engineering to ship fast and iterate

4. UX & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and improve
  • user journeys
  • , not just screens
  • Collaborate on UI/UX (you should be comfortable working hands-on when needed)
  • Focus on:
  • Reducing friction
  • Increasing trust
  • Improving checkout experience

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use analytics to:
  • Track funnel performance
  • Identify bottlenecks
  • Measure feature impact
  • Define and track key metrics:
  • Conversion rate

• CAC And LTV

  • Retention
  • GMV

6. Technical & Integration Oversight

  • Work with developers on:
  • APIs
  • Payment flows
  • Third-party integrations (payments, analytics, cloud)
  • Ensure scalability and cost efficiency

Must-Have

  • Experience building or scaling:
  • **Marketplace, e-commerce, or social platforms**
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion funnels
  • Growth metrics
  • Monetization strategies
  • Proven impact on:
  • Revenue growth
  • User engagement
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in
  • creator economy / social commerce
  • Experience with payment systems or checkout flows
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools
