Accountant & Admin Executive (AR) – French & Arabic Speaker

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines accounts receivable, financial operations, and administrative coordination , supporting the day-to-day efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle end-to-end
- Follow up on collections and maintain client aging reports
- Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and support monthly closing
- Coordinate with the business development team on payment tracking
- Assist with invoicing, receipts, and financial documentation
Administration
- Handle administrative coordination across departments
- Maintain organized records (contracts, invoices, employee files)
- Support HR/admin tasks when required
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable & collections follow-up
- Familiarity with UAE financial practices (VAT, invoicing, compliance)
- Proficiency in accounting tools (Zoho Books, Excel, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Profile
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English
- Experience working in multicultural / MENA environments
- Prior exposure to French-speaking or North African markets is a strong plus
- Background in SMEs, retail, or event-related businesses is a plus
- Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately or within short notice
