Growth campaigns and performance
- Assist with daily rider and captain growth campaigns and promotions targeting registrations, trips, captain activity, acceptance, and utilization.
- Monitor campaign results and track reach, impressions, CPM, CPC, and CTR.
- Collect and organize marketplace and marketing data; track rider, trip, captain, cancellation, and campaign conversion KPIs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; flag unusual performance changes to the marketing or growth lead.
- Compare results by day, time, area, rider segment, and captain segment.
CRM and market intelligence
- Assist with targeted push notification, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, rider reactivation, and captain engagement incentives.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition; maintain a competitor tracker and identify opportunities.
Cross-functional work
- Work with Marketing, Operations, BI, Customer Service, and Technology.
- Translate operational problems into marketing or growth actions and support campaign testing and measurement.
Ideal candidate
- Current university student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Digital Marketing, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in numbers and business performance; analytical, curious, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience is not required.
Advantageous skills
- Power BI or other BI tools, digital marketing, CRM, basic data analysis, AI tools, and university projects involving data or marketing are advantageous.
