Growth Operations Manager(Dubai)
Responsibilities： 1、 User Growth & Acquisition Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple AI products. Manage user acquisition channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram, Reddit, and local communities.

1、 User Growth & Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple AI products.
- Manage user acquisition channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram, Reddit, and local communities.
- Track and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, retention, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing partners, influencers, and local agencies.
2、 Product Operations
- Monitor product performance and user feedback.
- Analyze user behavior and provide actionable recommendations to product teams.
- Design and execute growth campaigns, referral programs, and engagement activities.
- Support localization efforts for Middle East and international markets.
3、 Community & Content Operations
- Build and manage online communities.
- Develop content strategies for AI social, AI reading, and short video products.
- Work with creators, KOLs, and influencers to increase product awareness and engagement.
4、 Market Research
- Conduct competitive analysis of AI companion apps, AI story platforms, and short video products.
- Identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on user behavior, competitors, and growth opportunities.
1、 Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Operations, Product Operations, or User Growth.
- Experience in consumer internet products (social, content, gaming, entertainment, short video, reading apps, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
2、Preferred
- Experience working with AI products, social apps, companion apps, or content platforms.
- Experience in international markets, especially Middle East or Southeast Asia.
- Experience managing influencer/KOL campaigns.
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Startup experience is highly preferred.
