About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Crypto payment growth operator to be responsible for formulating and implementing Bybit Pay's global user growth strategy, enhancing the product's customer acquisition capabilities and market recognition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner operation support
  • Provide operational service support for partners, including business connection, problem investigation, data feedback, etc.
  • Monitor the payment performance of partners, analyze the data and put forward optimization suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of cooperation.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners, and promote continuous cooperation and business growth.
  • Product optimization and data operation support
  • Monitor the core indicators of payment products (such as payment success rate, conversion rate, retention rate, transaction volume, etc.), promptly identify problems and propose optimization solutions.
  • Analyze User Journey and behavioral data to identify pain points in user churn and conversion, and drive continuous improvement of product experience and processes.
  • Collect and integrate operational data and user feedback from internal product sources and external partners, formulate localized optimization strategies, and enhance product competitiveness.
  • Regularly report product performance, user growth and optimization results to the management to provide data support for strategic decision-making.
  • Track, upgrade and coordinate the handling of complaints from partners or users to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Formulation of regionalized user growth strategies
  • Based on the characteristics of different regional markets, formulate the local market entry and user growth strategies for Bybit Pay.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive environments, optimize regional strategies, and enhance product competitiveness.
  • Assist the Marketing team in providing support for the implementation of marketization.
  • Business cooperation connection support
  • Be responsible for the connection with external partners (such as payment service providers, merchants, wallets, etc.) and promote the implementation of cooperation plans.
  • Plan and optimize the service access solutions for partners to ensure an efficient and stable payment experience.
  • Coordinate the internal technical, product and legal teams to solve business problems during cooperation and connection, and ensure the project is delivered on time.

Education

  • al background
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, finance, computer science or related fields is preferred.

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in payment growth/operation and business cooperation. Candidates with experience in cryptocurrency payment are preferred.
  • Possessing successful business cooperation cases, familiar with partner connection and project management processes.
  • With localized user growth experience in global local markets, capable of formulating user growth strategies based on the characteristics of different regional markets.

Skill Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining good relationships with partners.
  • Possessing global user growth experience, capable of formulating and implementing effective growth strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of making decisions driven by data.
  • Other requirements
  • Have a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, and keep abreast of industry dynamics and development trends.
  • Good English communication skills are required, and the ability to collaborate with international partners and teams is necessary. Proficiency in one or more Russian, Latin American, European or Southeast Asian local languages is preferred.

Bonus Points

  • Have experience in connecting with payment gateways, wallet service providers or merchants.
  • With a background in user growth and data analysis, and successful cases of user growth.
  • Good to have the experience in EU, MENA, or CIS.
