Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in UAE/India or Remote.
In this role, you will strategize and execute growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
You will utilize analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, oversee marketing automation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
The Growth Marketing Manager will also identify opportunities for expansion and help scale marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Data-driven decision-making approach and ability to draw actionable insights from metrics
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
- Familiarity with maritime industry trends and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
