About This Role
Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, app growth, SEO, GEO visibility, paid media performance, and conversion optimization across both sides of the marketplace.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, experimentation, analytics, and scalable growth.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end growth initiatives independently, from campaign setup and tracking implementation to reporting, optimization, and funnel performance improvement.
The role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, marketplace dynamics, app acquisition, SEO, AI search visibility, and GCC consumer behavior.
Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition
- Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant GCC-focused platforms.
- Build and optimize campaigns targeting property owners, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage Google Search campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, app campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
SEO & GEO Growth
- Drive SEO growth across marketplace, location-based, and service-related search terms.
- Improve organic visibility and ranking performance across search engines.
- Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve discoverability across AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Identify high-intent keyword opportunities and content gaps.
App Growth & Funnel Optimization
- Execute app install and app engagement campaigns.
- Improve acquisition funnels across web and mobile platforms.
- Analyze user journeys and identify conversion drop-off points.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to improve conversion rates, engagement, retention, and marketplace liquidity.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Build and manage Google Tag Manager structures and tracking frameworks.
- Ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking across campaigns.
- Develop weekly and monthly growth reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze funnel performance, marketplace balance, acquisition efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
- Test new creative angles, landing pages, offers, audience segments, and acquisition channels.
Content & Collaboration
- Support development of Arabic and English campaign messaging, landing pages, ad copy, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition, or App Growth.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Proven experience with SEO, organic acquisition, app marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and tracking structures.
- Experience working within two-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, proptech, home services, real estate platforms, or GCC-focused digital businesses is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC Arabic dialect understanding is strongly preferred.

- Experience balancing supply-demand acquisition strategies within marketplace environments.
- Strong knowledge of CAC optimization, marketplace liquidity, retention funnels, and attribution tracking.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of GCC audience behavior and digital trends.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
- Data-driven decision-making capability.
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
Preferred Experience
- UAE/GCC real estate or proptech experience.
- Experience in renovation, fit-out, maintenance, or home services industries.
- Arabic copywriting experience for GCC audiences.
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, MoEngage, or similar tools.
- Experience scaling both web and app acquisition funnels.
- Strong understanding of high-intent lead generation and trust-based service marketplaces.
