Blunt is a sentiment analysis data company on a mission to assign a number to everything, representing the world's opinion.
We analyze the sentiment of topics across every category and assign each a score from 0–100, allowing users to track how sentiment on anything shifts in real time.
We're early, growing fast, and building something for the entire world.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full marketing stack at Blunt.
You'll be given a user acquisition goal and your job is to come back with the budget, the plan, and the execution.
This role is equal parts performance marketer and content creator.
You'll run paid social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, and produce and edit short-form video.
What You'll Own
- Receive user growth targets and independently develop campaign plans with budget recommendations
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads) for organic and paid distribution
- Source and coordinate external creators or editors when needed
- Build and manage UTM tracking, attribution frameworks, and performance dashboards
- Report on CAC, ROAS, CTR, and install volume
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and offers to continuously drive down acquisition costs
What You Bring
- 2+ years running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or equivalent)
- A portfolio showcasing video content and ad campaigns you worked on
- Hands-on experience with UTM tracking and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing and app install campaigns is a strong asset
- Comfortable coordinating freelancers or agencies for production
- Strong analytical instincts - you read data and know what to do next

Compensation
- $50,000 – $100,000 USD annually + stock options (vesting program) and a defined career path
- Final offer is dependent on the candidate's level, based on prior experience and performance throughout the application process
