About This Role
Overview
We re looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive the full-funnel growth.
You ll own and optimise paid and lifecycle campaigns, experiment across channels, and look for ways to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
You ll work closely with Growth, Product and Creative to test ideas and refine the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
- Lead lifecycle channels: email, push, and in-app, and continuously optimise for activation and engagement through A/B testing.
- Be an active part of growth initiatives, from planning to launch to iteration of activations, working cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ads and visuals across multiple lifecycle touchpoints.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and insights.
