Overview
Senior Growth Hacker (Prop Trading) \| Performance-Driven Role
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Hacker to scale acquisition and revenue for a fast-growing proprietary trading firm.
This is not a generic marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who understands the prop trading / funded trader model inside-out, someone who has already driven growth in this space and knows what actually moves the needle.
🎯 What You’ll Own
- End-to-end user acquisition strategy (paid, organic, affiliates, partnerships)
- Scaling trader acquisition funnels (challenge sign-ups → funded accounts → retention)
- Optimising CAC, LTV, and conversion rates across the funnel
- Building and managing high-performing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, native)
- Identifying and scaling new growth channels (influencers, IBs, communities, etc.)
- Running rapid experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
- Working closely with product to improve onboarding, retention, and monetisation
- ✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience working for a prop trading firm / funded trader platform
- Track record of scaling acquisition and revenue in this space
- Deep understanding of:
- Trader psychology
- Challenge funnels & conversion dynamics
- Paid acquisition in trading/finance niches
- Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, attribution, funnel metrics)
- Hands-on operator, not just strategy
