About the Role
We are looking for an experimental, fast-moving, AI-native Growth Hacker who thrives on testing ideas, finding unconventional growth opportunities, and discovering what works through rapid execution.
This role is built around
constant experimentation
— launching ideas quickly, measuring results, doubling down on winners, and cutting what doesn’t work.
We want someone who deeply understands how to use modern AI tools, automation, no-code systems, and growth workflows to move faster than traditional teams.
Core ResponsibilitiesGrowth Experimentation (Main Focus)
- Run continuous weekly growth experiments across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization
- Test multiple channels quickly to identify winners
- Build a culture of
- test → learn → improve → scale
- Use small budgets and lean methods to validate ideas before scaling
- Maintain an experiment pipeline with learnings and next actions
- Be comfortable failing fast and learning faster
AI & Automation Growth
- Use OpenAI tools, AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, scraping tools, and no-code platforms
- Use AI for copywriting, ad testing, lead generation, SEO, research, funnel optimization, content creation, and customer journeys
- Continuously identify where AI can replace slow manual work
User Growth
- Find new traffic channels, partnerships, referral loops, creators, communities, influencers
- Improve landing page conversions and sign-up funnels
- Increase activation and repeat usage
Analytics
- Track what works and what doesn’t
- Build dashboards for CAC, CTR, conversion rate, retention, LTV
- Make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions
