Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop security programs that align business divisions with bank policies and the non-financial risk management framework.
• Manage threats, critical incidents, and enterprise-wide crisis events affecting employees, customers, executives, and operations.
• Identify operational and technology efficiencies while monitoring delivery against budgets.
• Apply predictive intelligence and security insights to improve operational effectiveness.
• Provide expert leadership for threat and vulnerability management.

• Significant experience in travel security, event security, executive protection, electronic security, and physical security management.
• Proven incident and crisis management capability, including travel-related crisis response and systemic root-cause analysis.
