Senior Group Operations Manager
About This Role
Job Summary:
SFG Holding W.L.L. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Group Operations Manager to oversee and optimize multi-entity operations across the organization. This role is ideal for a senior leader with strong experience in managing complex operations, driving efficiency, and aligning business units with corporate strategy.
You will play a critical role in enhancing operational performance, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable growth across multiple business lines.
What you'll do:
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple business units and subsidiaries
- Develop and execute group-wide operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across departments and implement improvements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between finance, HR, supply chain, and business teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across operations
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation at a group level
- Standardize processes and ensure consistency across all business units
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior operational leaders and teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with multi-entity or group-level exposure
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and large-scale transformation
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
