- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple business units, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximum ROI.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve key performance indicators and optimize spend.
- Establish and monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to leverage their expertise and drive campaign success.
- Champion brand stewardship and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all group touchpoints.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function, embracing new technologies and data-driven approaches.
- Identify and explore new market segments and growth opportunities for the group, developing tailored marketing plans to penetrate them.
