Role Description
The Group Finance Manager will lead the financial operations ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Core responsibilities
include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial strategies to align with the company's goals.
The role involves managing investment portfolios, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proven experience in managing a financial team and developing financial strategies
- Expertise in data analysis, financial software, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on results
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred
- Experience in facilities management, real estate, or related industries is a strong advantage
