Overview

Group Fitness Operation

• Manage daily group exercise operations and studio schedules.
• Plan and coordinate group fitness classes based on member preferences and industry trends.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of all fitness programs and services.
• Maintain class attendance records and monitor member engagement.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate group fitness instructors.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
• Ensure all instructors maintain valid fitness certifications.

Member Experience

• Create a positive and motivating environment for members.
• Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Promote group fitness programs, challenges, and special events to improve participation.

Healthy & Safety

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of fitness studios and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations as per UAE standards.
• Ensure CPR/AED compliance for all fitness staff.
• Prepare operational and attendance reports.
• Support membership growth and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities.

• Minimum
• 2 years of fitness industry experience in the UAE
• .
• Experience in group exercise management or fitness supervision preferred.
• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, REPs UAE, NASM, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent).
• Valid CPR/AED certification.
