Job Summary

Sunnet Group LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Group Coordinator to oversee and support the coordination of group activities, internal communications, and administrative operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow between teams, assist in scheduling, and support management in executing group-wide initiatives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and communication between different departments within the group
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing meetings, events, and corporate activities
  • Maintain and update internal records, reports, and documentation
  • Support senior management in executing group strategies and operational plans
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes as required
  • Handle administrative support tasks including correspondence and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across departments
  • Assist in onboarding and coordination of new staff when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a corporate or multi-department environment is preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Project coordination or operations support experience
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and workflow systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
