Marketing and communications
- Develop hotel marketing plans aligned with business objectives and identify target markets and strategies to reach them.
- Oversee social media, email, online advertising, editorial plans, and analysis to improve digital performance and visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinate with internal teams to uphold Hilton standards.
- Maintain media, influencer, and industry-partner relationships and coordinate press events.
- Develop content for hotel, restaurant, and spa websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee videos, visual assets, and professional photo and video shoots for brand storytelling.
- Plan and deliver marketing and PR initiatives for events, promotions, and partnerships, supporting attendance and promotion.
Team coordination and reporting
- Coordinate team task lists and follow up on deadlines to support workflow.
- Meet with the Director of Marketing to set and track KPIs.
- Share weekly or monthly reports covering competitor sets, benchmarks, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
