What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience assembling transmission towers; tower erection experience is considered an asset.
• General knowledge of the principles and methods used to assemble lattice transmission towers.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew with limited supervision.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the project schedule.
• Location & Schedule
• This position is based on a transmission project in the Stapleton, Nebraska area. Preference will be given to candidates located in Stapleton and surrounding communities who can reliably report to the project.
• Project schedules may require extended workdays, overtime, and weekend work depending on construction activities and project needs.
• The range shown is the expected base pay range for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on role requirements, experience, qualifications, work location, applicable project/site requirements, internal equity, and any applicable collective agreement or union requirements.
• This range does not include overtime, premiums, per diem / LOA, bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation unless specifically stated in the job posting.
• Base Pay Range
• $18 — $22 USD
