Governance
- Develop, review, and update corporate governance policies, frameworks, and procedures
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and leading practices
- Support board and committee governance processes, including reporting and documentation
- Promote accountability across all levels of the organization
Risk Management
- Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) activities, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Maintain and update the corporate risk register and risk heat maps
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on risk exposure to senior management
- Integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision-making
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Oversee implementation of compliance programs.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses
- Investigate compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare high-quality reports and dashboards for executive management and board committees
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk posture and compliance maturity
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments
