Job Description
1.
Develop the Policies, Procedures, Delegation of Authority, Committees TORs, Process flows, and but not limited to Control Frameworks for client’s functions under the supervision of the Head – Governance.
2.
Business Process Reengineering under the supervision of Head - Governance.
3.
Act as a custodian for the Policies, Delegation of Authority and other Governance documentation and data.
4.
Periodically update the Policies and Delegation of Authority to support client’s business requirements under the supervision of the Head – Governance.
5.
Assist the relevant process owners in mapping Policies, Procedures, DOAs, Control Frameworks ect. with the existing or new ERP environments.
6.
Provide assistance to client’s functions in order to ensure compliance to the Policies, Processes and Delegation of Authority in addition to responding to any inquiries/ concerns in a timely manner.
7.
Assist the Head – Governance in developing medical and non-medical polices and co-ordinate with the concerned departments and insurer on documentation issues.
8.
As and when required by the client management, conduct training workshops for effective implementation of the Policies, Procedures, DOAs, Control Frameworks etc.
9.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Hands on experience of Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
4. Organizing & Planning Skills

Knowledge & Compliance Awareness of Rules and Regulations
7. Governance Management
8.
Development of Policies & Processes and Document Management
9.
Proficiency in English.
10.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is must.
Additionally, ACCA/CA/CIA/CPA or any other relevant professional certification
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably in the UAE) in the same or any related field.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
