Key Responsibilities
- **Video Production:** Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, corporate presentations).
- **Storytelling:** Develop compelling video concepts that align with brand goals.
- **Camera Operation:** Use professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- **Post-Production:** Edit raw footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to create polished final products.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- **Content Adaptation:** Optimize videos for different formats, including short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **Film, Media, Communications, or a related field** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **2+ years of experience** in videography, video editing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in video editing software: **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (preferred).**
- Strong understanding of **lighting, composition, and storytelling.**
- Experience in shooting with **DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.**
- Knowledge of **color grading, motion graphics, and sound design** is a plus.
- Ability to work **under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.**
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in **social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).**
- Knowledge of **360-degree videos, VR, and live streaming.**
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
