Overview
We are looking for a creative and culturally aware
Graphic Designer based in Dubai
who understands the UAE market, regional aesthetics, and contemporary design trends.
The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually compelling static and video-based content for digital, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strong understanding of modern design sensibilities, fast-paced content creation, and the ability to adapt creative work for a diverse Middle Eastern audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding, and marketing collateral
- Create and edit engaging video content, motion graphics, reels, and short-format assets for digital platforms
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and campaign strategies
- Ensure all creative output reflects regional cultural nuances and resonates with UAE audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, content, and client servicing teams
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, and new-age visual storytelling styles
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, visual language, and design systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, motion design, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives
- Experience designing for social-first and digital-first brands
- Understanding of contemporary, modern, and new-age design styles
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic agency environment
