Job Details
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs aligned with the brand identity
- Create assets for loyalty programme campaigns, including emails, app/web content, social media, and digital advertising
- Design printed materials such as brochures, invitations, in-store collateral, and packaging elements
- Contribute to the visual storytelling of member journeys, benefits, and exclusive experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and partnerships teams to translate briefs into compelling creative outputs
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints while adapting designs for different formats and audiences
- Maintain and evolve design templates and brand guidelines specific to the loyalty programme
