Job Advertisement: Graphic Designer (Offset Printing Press Experience)
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can join our team in Ajman and with hands-on experience in an Offset Printing Press environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong design creativity combined with solid technical knowledge of prepress, print production, and color management to ensure high-quality printed outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare artwork for offset printing (brochures, catalogs, packaging, flyers, books, stationery)
- Create **print-ready files** (CMYK, bleed, trim, color separation)
- Perform **prepress checks** and ensure artwork accuracy
- Coordinate with press operators and production teams
- Modify and adapt client-supplied artwork to meet press and production specifications
- Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Support clients with design recommendations suitable for offset printing
- Conduct color correction and proofing to achieve optimal print quality
- Manage multiple Jobs while meeting tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an Offset Printing Press
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of printing processes, paper types, inks, plates, and finishing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent print jobs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
