About This Role
Lead creative design execution to ensure high-quality, scalable, and brand-aligned visual outputs across all marketing and product touchpoints. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead creative execution across campaigns
- Ensure Brand & Visual System Application consistency
- Oversee Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation
- Improve creative quality standards
- Mentor and guide designers
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and CX teams
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Creative Concept Development & Storytelling - Proficient/Expert
- Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation - Expert
- Brand & Visual System Application - Expert
- Creative Production & Asset Management - Proficient
- Performance-Informed Creative Optimization - Proficient
Requirements Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years in graphic design or creative roles
- Experience leading multi-channel creative campaigns
- Experience applying brand systems at scale
