- Oversee Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation
- Improve creative quality standards
- Mentor and guide designers
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and CX teams
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Creative Concept Development & Storytelling – Proficient/Expert
- Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation – Expert
- Brand & Visual System Application – Expert
- Creative Production & Asset Management – Proficient
- Performance-Informed Creative Optimization – Proficient
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years in graphic design or creative roles
- Experience leading multi-channel creative campaigns
- Experience applying brand systems at scale
