Responsibilities

Develop innovative visual designs that reflect the brand identity and assist in enhancing marketing messages, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Collaborate with marketing and media teams to understand their needs and provide design solutions that enhance the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

Produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital advertisements to ensure effective communication with the target audience.

Conduct research on design and marketing trends to ensure that designs reflect the latest trends and achieve market differentiation.
5.
Provide new creative ideas for current and future projects, helping to improve work quality and enhance creativity.
6.
Review final designs and ensure their quality and accuracy before presenting them to clients or publishing them, ensuring client satisfaction.
7.
Develop and manage a library of design assets to ensure easy access and use by various teams.
8.
Coordinate with photographers and other designers to ensure consistency in visual messaging across all communication channels.
9.
Provide technical and educational support to new team members in using design tools, contributing to the overall competency of the team.
Skills
- Strong creativity and ability to think innovatively in designing unique packaging and visuals
- Experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams and understanding client requirements.
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
