Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with **mandatory experience in Dubai real estate brokerage** to support branding, social media, listings, and marketing campaigns.
The role requires strong visual skills and a clear understanding of real estate marketing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design property listings, brochures, flyers, and marketing collaterals
- Create social media creatives (posts, stories, ads, banners)
- Develop branding materials for agents and company campaigns
- Design presentations for developers and client pitches
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visuals
- Edit and enhance images for property marketing use
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns
- Prepare creatives for digital and print formats
Requirements
- **Mandatory experience in Dubai real estate graphic design**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of real estate branding and marketing aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
