Graphic Designer (Full Time)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 hours/day

Explorer Publishing, a leading content creation and publishing company in the UAE, is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled designer with proven experience in print and digital design, particularly within the publishing industry. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects including editorial layouts, infographics, packaging, social media graphics, and multilingual design assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for print and digital platforms, including publications, infographics, marketing materials, packaging, and social media.
• Conceptualize and execute visual ideas aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and digital teams to develop cohesive and effective visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Develop and maintain templates, icon libraries, and visual assets.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, ideally in the publishing or media industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across print and digital media (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX design and tools such as Figma.
• Experience with 3D software is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
