The Role
We are hiring a
Graphic Designer
- who will define how Bunyaad looks, feels, and communicates.
- This is not a passive execution role.
- You will work directly on:
- Brand perception
- Marketing assets
- Sales materials
- Product communication
- Your work will influence how agencies
- see, trust, and adopt Bunyaad
- .
What You'll Do
- Design high-impact
- social media content
- (LinkedIn-first, highly strategic)
- Create
- sales decks, one-pagers, and pitch materials
- that convert
- Build and maintain a
- consistent, premium brand identity
- **Translate complex ideas into clean, simple visual communication**
- **Work closely with the BD team to design conversion-driven assets**
- **Contribute to landing pages and product visuals**
- **Continuously improve design quality based on what performs, not just what looks good**

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing design
- Strong portfolio showcasing
- modern, clean, high-quality work
- **Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar**
- **Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy**
- **Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines**
Bonus
- Experience designing for
- startups, SaaS, or real estate
- **Experience with motion design or video content**
- **Understanding of social media performance (what works and why)**
