Graphic Designer

About This Role

We are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects across multiple clients and industries, delivering innovative visual solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute creative design projects from concept to completion

· Create compelling visual content for diverse client projects including but not limited to:

1. Brand identity and guidelines

2. Marketing collateral

3. Digital assets (social media, web graphics, email campaigns)

4. Print materials

5. Packaging design

6. Exhibition and event materials

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (copywriters, web developers, marketing strategists)

· Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively

· Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

· Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

· Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations

· Design bilingual materials maintaining aesthetic excellence in both English and Arabic layouts

Required Qualifications

· 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role

· Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)

· Strong understanding of Arabic typography and layout principles

· Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different industries and mediums

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

· Experience in managing client relationships and expectations

· Strong understanding of print and digital production processes

· Proven ability to adapt design style to different brand voices

· Experience in leading design projects in an agency environment

Technical Skills

· Advanced typography and layout skills

· Strong understanding of color theory and application

· Expertise in brand identity development

· Proficiency in design for both print and digital platforms

· Knowledge of UI/UX principles

· Motion design capabilities (After Effects) a plus

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred

· Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD)

· Experience with bilingual design layouts and RTL (right-to-left) typography
