Job Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Branding & Creative Direction

• Lead the **end-to-end branding process** for real estate projects (naming concepts, logo design, brand guidelines, visual identity systems)
• Develop unique brand identities for **residential, commercial, and luxury developments**
• Ensure consistency of brand tone, visual language, and messaging across all platforms
• Contribute to **brand strategy discussions** with senior management and marketing teams

2. Marketing & Campaign Design

• Design high-impact **offline and online marketing materials**, including:
• Brochures, flyers, project presentations
• Hoardings, billboards, signage
• Social media creatives, digital ads, emailers
• Website banners and landing page visuals
• Conceptualize and execute **launch campaigns** for new property developments
• Work closely with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals and target audiences

3. Real Estate Project Support

• Create **project branding kits** including color palettes, typography, mood boards, and guidelines
• Design **floor plan presentations, masterplans, and project layouts** in a visually appealing way
• Enhance property visuals through **image retouching and visualization support**

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide **creative guidance and mentorship** to junior designers
• Review and approve design work to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with:

• Architects & Project Managers

• External agencies, printers, and vendors

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Handle **multiple projects simultaneously** in a fast-paced environment
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery
• Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and management
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity

6. Innovation & Market Awareness

• Stay updated with **design trends, branding strategies, and UAE real estate market trends**
• Bring innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement
• Continuously enhance creative standards to match **premium/luxury market expectations**

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Experience

• **5–8+ years of professional experience** in graphic design
• Strong experience in **real estate, property development, or branding agencies**
• Proven track record of handling **high-end/luxury branding projects**

Technical Skills

• Expert in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong knowledge of **layout design, typography, and brand systems**
• Experience in **print production and digital design standards**
• Basic knowledge of **motion graphics (After Effects)** and video editing is a plus
