Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual content across our branded residentail projects-including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, presentation decks and sales support materials. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, works well under pressure, and understand how design drives engagement and support business performance-not just aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital advertising creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Create visually compelling social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, and Tiktok-including posts, stories, reels covers and carousel designs.
• Design email marketing visuals including newsletter templates, campaign headers and promotional email layouts.
• Create and adapt presentation decks for sales, investor and internal corporate use.
• Produce high-impact visuals that support the sales team, including investment highlights, project comparisons, and offer materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, following brand guidelines for each branded residential project.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate campaign breifs into effective visual assets.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating work across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience designing for digital advertising platforms and social media channels.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Arabic language ability is a plus.
• Experience in the real state, luxury or hospitality industry is a plus.
