Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and creative **Graphic Designer** for our paper cup printing press.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in designing artworks for **paper cups, sleeves, packaging, and printing layouts**, ensuring high-quality output that meets production and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop **artwork designs for paper cups**, including branding layouts, patterns, and custom client designs.
- Prepare **print-ready files** following cup die-cuts, size specifications, and color requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team and machine operators to ensure accurate printing output.
- Modify or adjust artwork according to customer feedback.
- Ensure all designs meet printing standards (CMYK, color separation, bleed, resolution).
- Maintain an organized archive of designs, templates, and project files.
- Assist in packaging design, labels, and other related print materials when required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a printing press or packaging industry **(paper cup industry preferred)**.
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign**, and related software.
- Understanding of **die-lines, color separation, and print processing**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Male or Female
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
