Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable **Helper** to assist in daily operations of our paper cup printing press.
The ideal candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness of the workspace, and help ensure smooth production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in loading paper rolls and materials.
- Help in packing, counting, and sorting finished paper cups.
- Support in basic machine setup and preparation (under supervision).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Check and separate defective cups before packing.
- Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a printing press or paper cup factory is a plus but **not required**.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Fast learner and willing to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
