The Marketing department is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer.
The role produces visual creative for luxury real estate marketing, sales, digital, social, events, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Responsibilities
- Create campaigns and materials across property, sales, social, digital, events, presentations, and client-facing channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, agents, photographers, videographers, and external suppliers.
- Maintain brand consistency, creative assets, templates, and organized design files.
- Review work for quality and deliver prioritized creative solutions on schedule.
- Monitor design trends and identify opportunities to improve visual standards and production quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant design, brand, real estate, luxury, advertising, or related creative experience.
- Strong portfolio across campaigns, presentations, brand materials, digital assets, social content, and sales materials.
- Strong knowledge of visual identity, layout, typography, imagery, hierarchy, colour, composition, and design systems.
- Experience across premium-sector creative work and commercial briefs.
- Working knowledge of video production, motion graphics, social content formats, and property marketing content.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, and creative production platforms.
- Strong project management, collaboration, attention to detail, organization, and commercial judgment.
