About This Role

Job Description We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that communicate our brand and messaging effectively. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across various media, including digital, print, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates their expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory. Additionally, you should be skilled in using graphic design software and eager to keep up with industry trends and new techniques. Your ability to translate creative briefs into impactful designs will be key in delivering projects that capture our audience's attention and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and captivating designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop campaign visuals and assets.
• Design print materials, including brochures, posters, and business cards.
• Develop digital graphics for websites, emails, and advertising platforms.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Present design concepts and receive feedback from stakeholders effectively.
• Adapt and resize graphics for use across different media channels.
• Monitor design trends to ensure deliverables are current and relevant.
• Maintain organized files and design libraries for future use and references.
• Work with external printers to ensure material reproduction quality.
• Produce preliminary versions of designs, engaging in iterations as necessary.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines consistently.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative skills.
