Job Description:

The 2D Graphic Designer at X-LIGHT will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for corporate events, marketing materials, digital platforms, and client presentations.

This position requires a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate brand identities and event concepts into visually striking designs that communicate effectively across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

Design event branding packages including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual identity systems Create marketing collateral such as brochures, invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials Develop digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile applications Design presentation materials, pitch decks, and client proposals with compelling visuals

Create wayfinding systems, information graphics, and environmental graphics for event spaces Collaborate with the 3D design team to ensure visual consistency across all dimensions

Maintain brand consistency for both X-LIGHT and client brands across all materials

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality production

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in the events industry

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field

Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in events, marketing, or branding

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong typography skills and understanding of layout principles

Experience designing for both print and digital media

Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy

Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and technical skill Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation

Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Skills:

Motion graphics and basic animation skills (After Effects)

Experience with UI/UX design for digital platforms

Photography and photo editing capabilities

Illustration skills for custom graphic elements

Experience with event or exhibition design

Knowledge of Arabic typography and bilingual design

Familiarity with Saudi cultural context and Vision 2030 initiatives

Understanding of responsive design principles for digital media
