Role Overview
Graduate Research Associate role on an Executive Search Internship program.
The internship is based in Dubai and is office-based.
The role is intended for an ambitious, relationship-driven recent graduate.
Core Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-calibre candidates for C-suite and critical roles.
- Build trusted relationships with senior professionals.
- Conduct structured qualification and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate workflows and search processes.
- Support client interviews and feedback cycles.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural relationship-building ability and high emotional intelligence.
- Close attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Training and Capabilities
- Training covers market mapping, candidate qualification, behavioral assessments, and selection coordination.
- Training is provided on a search platform supporting research, workflow, and account management.
Compensation
- AED 2,000 per month during months 1–3.
- AED 3,000 per month during months 4–6 if the internship is extended.
- AED 5,000 per month from month 7 upon a full-time offer.
- Quarterly performance-based bonus.
Office Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in the office.
