Graduate Research Associate internship on HeronCode’s Executive Search Internship program for recent graduates.
The internship provides training across executive search research, market mapping, candidate qualification, behavioural assessments, and selection coordination.

Location and setting
- Dubai; office-based role with office hours stated as Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Core responsibilities
- Source and screen high-calibre candidates for C-suite and other critical roles.
- Build trusted relationships with senior professionals and conduct structured qualifications and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate workflows and search processes; support client interviews and feedback cycles.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; natural relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence.
- Close attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
- AED 2,000 per month for months 1–3.
- AED 3,000 per month for months 4–6 if extended.
- AED 6,000 per month for month 7; quarterly commission is also listed.
Office hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, at the office.
