Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned business functions through active participation in day-to-day operations and projects
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, coordination, and administrative activities related to ongoing initiatives

  • Apply knowledge gained through training and development programs to practical business scenarios
  • Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Key Requirements

  • Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – mandatory
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Dubai
