Overview

Your role

• Develop presentations, recreation calendar designs, announcements, illustrations, logos, and other designs using current software.
• Enhance slides and graphics and ensure they follow KAPSARC brand guidelines.
• Turn raw and complex information from the FM team into cohesive visual narratives.
• Design engaging slide decks and presentations that tell a clear, compelling story.
• Create images and illustrations that complement presentations.
• Research graphic design, data visualization, and visual storytelling trends and best practices.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and PowerPoint to create visual content.
• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
• Prepare required designs within set deadlines.

About you

• University degree in Graphic Design and proven graphic designing experience.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail; passion for creative and production work.
• High proficiency in design software.
• Effective time manager who can self-motivate and prioritize tasks.
• Adaptable, flexible, and a confident written and verbal communicator.
• Able to work with minimal supervision as a professional, approachable team player.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality are described as essential.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle last-minute changes.
