• This role is a blend of deep technical analysis and professional business development.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Spend your first 3 to 6 months dedicated to energy benchmarking and performance evaluation of steam systems. You will focus on key UAE sectors, such as Food & Beverage, District Cooling, and Utilities, to uncover energy-saving opportunities.
• Routine Site Visits & Plant Surveys: This is a field-oriented role. You will conduct frequent on-site visits and surveys to gather real-time data, ensuring the accuracy of technical assessments and the success of project implementation.
• Diagnostic Reporting: Prepare and present detailed technical reports to clients, highlighting efficiency gaps and proposing long-term energy solutions that align with international standards.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with senior engineers across our global hubs in UAE and India to cultivate technical expertise and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify key industrial players and evaluate the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights for our regional growth.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a technical and commercial liaison for Forbes Marshall, embodying our values of integrity and excellence while building strong, trust-based relationships with UAE clients.

• We are seeking high-potential graduates who meet the following criteria:
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Batch: Completed your degree in 2025 or graduating by June 2026.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams and high-level clients.
