Experienced Government Relations Officer role in Saudi Arabia, managing employee government processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Government transactions and records
- Manage Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit, work permits, and sponsorship transfers.
- Use Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and other relevant portals.
- Monitor document expiry dates and maintain accurate transaction, payment, and employee records.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations; follow up with authorities and complete transactions on time.
- Stay updated on Saudi labor, immigration, and government regulations; support client-related transactions and employee administration.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant Government Relations experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Practical knowledge of specified Saudi government platforms and labor, immigration, residency, and government procedures.
- Professional written and spoken English; strong transaction management, communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to make regular visits to government authorities and other relevant entities.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Advantageous experience
- Experience with manpower outsourcing, HR services, or large workforce operations is an advantage.
