People Strategy and Advisory
- Build trusted relationships across the organization to assess needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor organizational dynamics and partner with Centers of Excellence on people and culture solutions.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development.
- Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
- Analyze trends and metrics to shape policies, improve processes, and deliver tailored HR programs.
- Apply employment-law knowledge and escalate issues appropriately to support legal compliance and minimize risk.
- Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to improve team performance and develop high-potential talent.
