Government Operations Associate (UAE Nationals)

Position summary

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate UAE employment visas, work permits or labour cards, residency documents, and related government requirements.
• Liaise with immigration, labour, and government authorities on applications, renewals, cancellations, and employee transactions.
• Track applications and follow up to meet timelines; guide employees on documentation and process steps.
• Maintain accurate, current records and documentation.
• Work with HR colleagues and external providers to resolve routine queries and support efficient processing.
• Provide general administrative support across Government Operations.

Basic qualifications

• UAE national; recent graduate or student seeking practical experience in HR and Government Operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with authorities and handling administrative processes.
• Proactive, reliable, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple activities and follow up effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Academic or internship exposure to HR, Government Relations, Administration, or a related area.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative approach, accuracy, and a customer-service mindset.
