Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Governance Risk Professional based in UAE.
The Governance Risk Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and advising clients on governance best practices.
This role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to create tailored, practical solutions and continuous monitoring of risk mitigation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC)
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments, designing mitigation strategies, and monitoring outcomes
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of ERM and Governance
- Experience in skills development and skills transfer.
- Strong analytical and modelling capability.
- Ability to conduct workshops, manage meetings with key stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
- 5 plus years’ experience in Risk management, ISO 31000 certified candidate preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline
