Delivery & Governance Lead accountable for a complex programme spanning vendors, workstreams, and business and technology teams.
Owns integrated planning, delivery governance, and execution oversight, keeping senior stakeholders informed and moving decisions into progress.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated programme plan across vendors and workstreams, including providers such as Intellect, China Systems, and Veefin.
- Lead governance through steering committees, PMO reviews, executive reporting, RAIDD management, and decision forums.
- Manage cross-vendor dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues in a timely way.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Align release plans, milestones, testing, operational readiness, and production deployments.
Candidate requirements
- Track record leading complex end-to-end programmes with multiple vendors and workstreams.
- Experience establishing and running effective programme governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Confidence challenging delivery teams, managing competing priorities, and driving accountability.
- Experience coordinating testing, release readiness, and production deployment activities.
Location and work arrangement
- Dubai location; candidates must be able to work onsite five days a week.
- Travel: candidates must be able to work onsite in Dubai five days a week.
Contract and start
- Contract duration: six months or longer.
- Target start: end of November; candidates with notice periods are welcome.
